Spring is here, despite everything!

Lately, I felt I had little to say. Emotions went in all directions. From uncertainty, fear and sadness to happiness and back again. I clearly needed time to take space, to crawl into my 'own self' and to leave the outside world for what it is.

On the one hand, I felt guilty about that about it, because something really serious is going on now. But on the other hand there is little point in getting involved in that energy and making myself crazy. How without losing a realistic view?

Back to the drawing board

First of all, I found it important to find my 'own self' again. The 'I' that I had got hold of so well before the corona time. Time for routine! Rhythm! Positivity! So back to the 'drawing board'. By just making a simple daily schedule with time for everything: work, food, sports, relaxation and creativity. Daily schedule, check. Okay, then the negative news, I don't want to keep following it and trust that important news will reach me anyway. Good, no more watching the news all day, check.

Okay, and now: time to spare! Feels kind of crazy but but also nice, because now we don't have to have the obligatory appointments and we don't have to run from from one thing to another. Maybe it is fun and valuable to make some lists: what gives me energy, what am I grateful for, what do I like and what do I want to have What gives me energy, what am I grateful for, what do I like and what do I want to have achieved when we can go outside again? OK, this feels nice. For the creative people, make a nice vision board, tinker around.

Dream away and tinker with your board so that what you are doing it all for. Write it out in small steps to achieve your dreams. Because believe me, nothing is impossible but you have to do something!

New mindset and thus changing energy

Oh wow, this mindset quickly changed my energy and I felt the motivation to go for it again. go for it! From my own safe and trusted environment. Because we do not need be anywhere else but in the here and now.

Let us use this time to go back to ourselves. In this way, we can also relieve our care workers of the high pressure they experience and pressure they are under and to be able to look back on what we have achieved together. achieved together. Instead of a mess because we didn't manage to be 'with ourselves'. be.

Let us use this period to in the garden, on the balcony or on the pavement outside your door. To Enjoy the beautiful weather, the blue sky, the peace and quiet that we have so longed for. we have been longing for. Let's use this time to rest and dream. dreams. And to make these dreams come true.
