What does this period of uncertainty mean to me?

It is a crazy period but also one that is needed. Personally, I am in the middle of my own development process, even before Corona broke out. This allows me to remain calm and put things into perspective objectively, without getting caught up in all the craziness.

Yet I also feel the collective fear and restlessness, which has already 'kicked me off my own chair' a few times and sometimes sucked into the madness. Focus: Again back to my base and take my rest, despite the uncertainties, also financially financially. These apply not only to me but also to the people around me.

Stand still and reflect

It is okay to feel this, but it is also good to go back to why all this is happening. Back to the core of our existence: what is it all about? Besides, our globe and our body are now getting the space to recover. Because we consume, produce and travel less, there are also fewer CO2 emissions. We are forced to come to a standstill. A reset of the globe and ourselves.

Of course, there is illness and people die. That is terrible, but this fact leaves us correct looking at life. Have we really lived or do we constantly worry about the past and the future? Let us be grateful, let us look at what we do have and help each other where necessary. Through the stillness we can recovering and connecting.

I look at what this period means to me personally. I am obliged to remain calm and quiet, to reflect, to stand still and listen to my own body and mind. But also to love to give and help people who need it.

Use the space that is created: creativity and peace

I think it is important to take good care of myself with food, vitamins and exercise and to build up a strong resistance. In this way, I can also help others. Because it's the small gestures that mean something big now. In addition, there is now more time for your own creativity and productivity. Therefore, I invite you to take your rest and spend some time on yourself. Something you perhaps never really did.

Take a bath, read a good book, listen to a podcast, cook a healthy meal, have nice, meaningful conversations with your partner, family and friends (there are plenty of opportunities online), go painting, writing, take an online course, make music or just be quiet for a while.

Take the time you normally do not have. See what this does to you and try to find inner peace. When the corona worries are over, as they certainly will be, you can from this wonderfully relaxed position move on again.

For now: stay healthy, stay positive and help each other! One love Thanh. For those who feel the need, I also do online coaching. Feel free to send me an email at vraag@thanhhelpt.nl.
