What is your purpose?

What am I actually doing here, what is there for me here? What is my purpose?

Just think of a baby, so carefree and still so pure. What is there in the time thereafter happened, what makes us who we are? And what does that mean, becoming an adult, growing up in the society we end up in and also leaving when it is our time?

Are there moments when you think: I am here with a purpose come, with a purpose. Could it be true that your deepest desire has long known why you are here?

What can we do ourselves?

The question then arises: what has caused this? that we are so far from that? What kind of traumas do sick people carry, for example, that make them physically unwell? What can we do about it? What can we do to make the world a little healthier and more beautiful?

We still have so much to learn as human beings. Where do our anger, frustration and jealousy come from? When will the negative influence of those feelings and When can we go back to basics? To see that we do not need so much to live together in harmony.

What should we all do and what can we do? I do? I am here to help humanity. By showing people that they only need to be there, in the here and now. Everything else will flow and it doesn't really matter, as long as you from your core lives and makes decisions from that core.

Make it small, bring it back to yourself

Detach yourself from beliefs and expectations and just enjoy the moment. That is the only thing that counts. Let this sink in, because sometimes it is just that simple. We only need to make the choice and take the step without fear. And learn to accept that everything happens as it should. Learn from your lessons, every day, and enjoy life. Keep seeing how beautiful life is, even if sometimes it doesn't feel like it.

Make it small, bring it back to yourself and what you are responsible for. It is the little things that matter.
