2020 was a special year for me. A year of growth, stillness and gratitude. A year of new insights and beautiful lessons under very special circumstances. A year never to forget.
My biggest lessons for this year are:
- that all your answers are within you and you may listen to them even more and express them.
- that there is a beautiful lesson hidden in every situation even though it is not always pleasant at times
- that you are never alone and find the strength to speak out about what is going on inside of you so that you feel connected again
- That we as humanity may further reflect on what we are doing here and adjust our actions accordingly
- That life is magical when you dare to look beyond what you are used to
- that now more than ever we may work together on what lights our internal flame
I will end this year with gratitude. I am grateful for:
- my loving friends and family, old and new
- my coachees, who have had the confidence in me to help them
- my cooperation partners, who have made my businesses (yes plural) grow
- my health, because this is not a matter of course
- myself, that I am proud of the person I am now. That I may enjoy life, because this too is not self-evident.

I will finish the year with a smile! Of course, it was a year with many changes and many baleful moments. Private and business. Nevertheless, I have experienced many beautiful, loving and special moments with loving people.
In any case, I am very much looking forward to 2021. It will be a year of even more personal and business growth. A year of helping even more people with my expertise. The year of confidence and flow. Much more about this soon! Feeling excited and I'm ready
