Not knowing is also okay

You know it, those days or even weeks when you just don't know what to do. Or when you are not so positive about what is happening around you and inside.

The other day I had an interesting conversation with someone about this. About that you don't always have to know and that this is also part of life. We are so used to looking for an explanation for everything and to trying to understand everything. Why is that?

Maybe that is what makes us so restless and tired, and for what? To hold on to control? If you ask me, it is a sham control. Because what does a controlled life us? Less fun, spontaneity, happiness and energy.

Let go and feel liberated

What if we let go of things a bit more? The example of the bottle of water is often quoted. If we hold the bottle for hours and days, what happens? Our arm, hand and eventually our whole body cramps upeverything will hurt. But that bottle of water, nothing happens to it. The moral of the story: let it go, put it down and feel liberated from what no longer resonates. It is still there, but you let go of your constant attention to it. Let it unfold and you will find a solution by yourself. It may sound like a cliché, but 'if it's meant to be, it will be'. Trust that things happen as they happen.

What makes you happy?

Focus on the things that make you happy. So that you are clear again and can handle everything. Try to live day by day and even hour by hour. Step by step. All that planning and thinking ahead is unnecessary. Live in the moment. That is actually the only thing that counts and that you can influence. And with your actions in the now, you automatically create your future.

If the above sounds familiar to you, go and have a look at what you want in your deepest core. Ask for help if you can't manage on your own. And when you have gained your insight, work for it, go for it and take the steps without fear. Because what is the worst that can happen? You tell me!

Trust me, I too step into traps and fall into old behaviours, beliefs and patterns. Sometimes it is really hard work to get through them. It is a rollercoasterbut I am beginning to love it more and more. Because yes, life is a beautiful thing. You never know when it will be over again and it would be a shame if you found out too late.
