I can say that 2021 was an intense year. As an entrepreneur but also as a human being, I have experienced a lot. 

Beautiful moments, new concepts launched, letting go of what no longer serves, new but also deepening friendships and collaborations. So many special lessons. Wow, I am so grateful when I look back.

Especially continuing to try and discover what comes my way is the most fun, but also the most exciting thing to keep doing. Many uncertainties, adjusting and letting go is all part of the process. With trial and error, laughing, crying and screaming! Everything has passed in review. Wonderful! 

But all this combined with the current society we are all in has also caused me to become a little burned out and disconnected.

Because of this occasion, I choose to go completely offline from tomorrow onwards and enter into a silence retreat with myself. Completely disconnect and recharge without social media, phones, books, sports, plant medicines, music and people. 

I believe that all the answers are within us and that we can get to them by uncoupling ourselves from everything external a little more often. Intense! Yes! Haha, I know... still, I am very curious to see how I will experience this.

First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has been there for me, laughed and cried with me, grown together spiritually and believes in me as a person and as an entrepreneur. 

I also thank you for trusting me to help you in your journey. 

Finally, I would like to wish you a happy New Year! Enjoy it and reflect on your year and celebrate the beautiful and valuable lessons of 2021! And please, don't forget to check in with the people around you because these dark days are not fun for everyone and especially not now, in these special times with the current measures. 

Keep breathing, keep your body in movement and get out of your head back into your body and heart.
